Bobby participated in his community walk at Arapahoe High School. The event was sponsored by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to help bring awareness to teens about mental health issues. Bobby walked and talked to teens and parents of teens who had children that had death by suicide. Bobby showed his support by being present and showing compassion and that he was a living testimony that there is hope.

Each walker at the AHS suicide prevention walk could choose beads to represent why they were there. Bobby wore green beads which signified that he has a personal struggle or attempt at suicide.
